the RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.

The return product(s) must be in its original packaging with all accessories. If the return is requested based on personal reason, 15% restocking fee will be charged. In that case, the returned products must be wrapped in a proper package with full set of accessories.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding restocking fee if applicable) will be made against the original credit card used.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for colour (subject to stock availability). If you would like to make an exchange, simply fill in Online form HERE and Our Customer Service will contact you in 2 business days to follow up your request.

 

 

REFUNDS POLICY

* We can only exchange item in its original packaging and with full set of accessories.

* It is only possible to exchange the same model for a different colour but not applicable to other model.

* Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different colour once.

* Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

* Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or Q Express).

* We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Singapore must be returned from Singapore. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
